Who we are: Priority Fitness Stoke is a personal training and online fitness coaching business operated by Craig Lockett. Privacy contact: [email protected].

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information we collect: name, date of birth, email address, phone number, account and booking details, payment and transaction records, messages, fitness goals, workout and nutrition information, progress measurements or photos, and health or injury information the person chooses to provide. We may also collect basic website and device information through cookies or analytics.

3. HOW WE COLLECT IT

How we collect it: directly through website forms, consultations, messages, bookings and coaching services; through the Priority Fitness app; and through services used to deliver and manage coaching.

4. HOW WE USE IT

How we use it: to respond to enquiries, create accounts, deliver the free 7-Day Kickstart and paid coaching, personalise programmes, manage bookings and payments, provide support, keep business and tax records, improve services, protect the business from fraud or misuse, and send marketing only where permitted.

5. LAWFUL BASES

Lawful bases: steps before entering a contract and performance of a contract; legitimate interests in running and improving the business and responding to enquiries; legal obligations such as tax and accounting; consent where required for marketing; and explicit consent where health information or other special-category information is processed. Consent can be withdrawn, although this may limit the coaching that can safely be provided.

6. SHARING

Sharing: information is shared only when needed with trusted providers including HighLevel/LeadConnector for forms, CRM and communications; HubFit for app-based coaching; Zapier for secure system connections; Stripe or other payment providers; email/SMS providers; and professional advisers or authorities when legally required. Priority Fitness Stoke does not sell personal information.

7. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

International processing: some providers may process information outside the UK. Appropriate safeguards are relied on where required.

8. RETENTION

Retention: keep information only as long as needed for the purposes stated. Enquiry and non-client records are normally retained for up to 24 months. Coaching and transaction records may be retained for up to six years after the relationship ends where needed for legal, tax or insurance purposes. Marketing details are kept until the person opts out or asks for deletion, subject to a minimal suppression record.

9. RIGHTS

Rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent. Contact [email protected]. People may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

10. MARKETING

Marketing: people can unsubscribe at any time using an email link or by contacting Priority Fitness Stoke. Service messages needed to deliver a programme are not marketing.

11. SECURITY

Security: reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
